Searchroom is operated by Shy Alter, operating Searchroom. Searchroom provides collaboration software for real estate agents and invited clients who are at least 18 years old.

This page is available without signing in. Use it for account access, safety and abuse, privacy, legal, deletion, and operational support requests.

• For safety or abuse reports, enough context to locate the message, file, account, or project without sending passwords, OAuth codes, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
• For deletion requests, use the public deletion resource so we can verify identity and review associated data.

The contacts above are routed to Searchroom. Some requests require identity verification, project membership review, provider checks, or legal review before a final response.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or full payment-card numbers. Searchroom will not ask for an OAuth code or password by email.
